Wii Must Defend the Castle

Blake "broodax" Corner March 21st, 2008 at 3:37 PM

To the joys of many, it has been announced that Defend Your Castle, that flash phenomenon, will be coming to Nintendo's Wii Ware service. However, not much was known about the game, other than it would look better than its flash counterpart, which is good. Thankfully, Kotaku has pointed out that Defend Your Castle has a debut trailer. The video shows that the game is graphically better than its flash counterpart, but features similar addictive gameplay. The most interesting feature is four player co-op, which is revealed at the end of the trailer. Not much else is known about the game, but from the looks of things, it appears to be a great combo of classic gameplay and great additions. Plus, the promise of teaming up with three other players to fight off hoards of stick figure barbarians is pretty epic. Video after the break.
