Burn Zombie Burn will Burn Zombies on PSN This Year

I'm a big fan of top down shooters like Geometry Wars 2. I'm also a big fan of zombie games like Left 4 Dead. So when you combine the two and throw in a gratutious amount of flame...well I may just be in love.

Burn Zombie Burn is a upcoming game from independant developer doublesix games. The premise is simple, the more zombies you burn the higher your multiplier and score. Of course, burning a zombie makes them mad (I know I'd be too) - so that also makes them faster and more dangerous.

It's an interesting concept and one that lends itself well to the game's 2 player co-op mode. I for one can not wait to create a pyrotechnic display of flaming undead with my friends. Some videos of the insanity are posted just ahead.

It looks like its going to be a lot of fun! Im glad theres some co-op goodness in it. Those types of over-the-top shooters (like Wolf of the Battlefield) are great games to kill some time with online with a friend.
