Co-Op Deal: Take A Buddy to See Watchmen... for Free!

Here at Co-Optimus, we try to keep you informed of the latest and greatest co-op gaming deals.  This deal involves movie passes, not cheap games, but it's still worth your time.

Best Buy is running a Watchmen movie promotion.  Purchasing Xbox Live products (from the link below) gets you the Watchmen Movie pack, pictured above, for free.  The movie pack is in an Xbox game case, oddly enough, and includes two codes.  One of the codes allows you to print out a coupon worth the price of two tickets to watch Watchmen at selected theaters.  The other code allows you to download a 2 minute clip from the movie to your Xbox 360.

I was able to get the movie pack with a one month Gold card earlier this week.  However, it looks like that deal may have been pulled.  Your best bet now is a 1600 point card, for $19.99.  Use the points to download Watchmen: The End Is Nigh, play it with a friend, watch a clip from the movie (it's a good one, trust me), and then go see the whole thing with said buddy.  Sounds like a deal to me!
