We've been giving Friday the 13th a lot of coverage lately. Maybe it's because we really enjoy the idea of playing a group of terrified campers who just want to head home with all their arms and legs intact. Maybe it's because we're afraid that if we miss any news, Jason will come directly to our respective homes and, well... do his thing.
Regardless, a new bit of gameplay footage has surfaced in the wake of E3 2016, and we'd be loathe to let it pass our loving readers by. For what it's worth, the first couple minutes center around Jason, so you may want to skip to around 2:25 to see how the campers play.
I'm pretty excited to crawl under a bed, try hopelessly to not wet my pants, and stifle my whimpers as I pray that the stranger at the door doesn't discover me. Oh, and the game looks pretty cool as well.
The campers look like they'll have a tough time escaping their hockey-obsessed antagonist, but I dream of the day the tables are turned. Maybe one day, they'll recruit his MKX co-star, Jax, and see how Jason likes being chased around a dark campground for hours on end.
