It appears we've hit the motherload of cooperative content for Ghost Recon Advance Warfighter 2 on the Xbox 360. Game Almighty is reporting that we should expect new content on Xbox Live. The content is called Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 Co-op Collection. So what does it have?
The GRAW 2 Co-op Collection consists of five Co-op Campaign missions that continue the story from GRAW 2. In total there are nine maps, seven of which are inspired by classic maps from Ghost Recon’s illustrious history and two that are totally brand new. All nine maps (including adversarial versions of the Co-op Campaign maps) have exquisite visuals and support all of GRAW 2’s thousands of customizable game modes.
The co-op campaign is even back with an all new story. It also include over 10 new maps, a lot from classic Ghost Recon games found on the PC. There's also a free download of new weapons available.
I see it's out. Now here is a question... if I buy this, and my friends don't, can I still play the old co-op missions with them? I know previous DLC has broken all compatibility.
I wonder if the PS3 version will get this same DLC.
No, you will not be able to.

What an awesome wake up suprise! I play this game with a few friends with whom I deploy, and we were just belly-aching over the fact that we (incorrectly) thought the game was finished being supported by Ubi.
I bought the stuff this am. Can't wait. Any of our people out there who enjoy half-platoon/platoon (the term means something different in our job)/fireteam teamwork, hit me up for a game.
