Blurry Halo Reach Images Surface

Some blurry images were apparently leaked for Halo Reach.  Not much can be garnered from the shots, though we do see at least two new weapons.  Graphically it looks like Halo...with a return to the familiar HUD with a radar.  The game also apparently uses a perks system with three on display: sprint, cloaking and halogram.  

And that's about it.  This one is still a year away so there's a lot to be seen yet, including a beta for ODST owners sometime next year.  There's no details as of yet on co-op play, but with the shadowy figures of four Spartans on the logo - you can bet your MJOLNIR there's gonna be some kickass co-op.

considering how secretive and secure bungie tends to be, i'm amazed to see something like this leaked... but who cares, those are definitely drool-worthy shots

can't wait for that beta. i'm sure it will only be MP again but still, it will be awesome.

Let's hope it's accurate. I'm not that excited about the new hardware (although the new needler variant sounds tasty), but the words "drop-in/drop-out" make me happy. Or at least they make some of my disgruntledness fade after ODST left that key feature out. If they have that, plus firefight matchmaking, Halo could go out on a high note.

Some people have posted that there seems to be a squad status, but since it's blurry, no one really knows.

You can see four pieces of info being displayed on the right side of the radar.

Very cool, hopefully we don't just play as Spartans I kinda liked being just the ODST guy .

They have spartan shield and rader, so it looks likely. What we now know is that it is a FPS. My hopes on more coop. We also know it will have multiplayer. Money still on this being a MMO or multiplayer focused game. I'm hoping for coop though.

I liked the Fall of Reach book so I hope they take some story ideas from there.

  Q Game's Pixel Junk Shooter was released last year on the PlayStation Network, and by most accounts, it was pretty damn good.

Absolutely love this game on the PC.I hope they have a demo as it'll be interesting to see how they adjusted the controls.

  Darwinia was released back in 2005 on the PC to much critical acclaim, with a multiplayer add on created almost a year later.
