News
Twitter facebook googlebuzz

Co-op moves are back in Army of Two: The 40th Day, and this video shows them all. From co-op tag and snipe to riot shield to mock surrender, your favorite buddy tactics from the first game can now be performed anytime, any place.

When you're done watching the video - which we've embedded here for your viewing convenience - check out the official blog for a recap of the recent multiplayer preview blowout, including the Extraction four-player survival mode.

Finally, treat yourself to a new wallpaper while you're there.

Damn, Was hoping not to see "Back to Back mode". Was one of the only things I didn't like about Army of Two.

you won't be forced to use it though. it sounds like there are no scripted co-op move parts.

Exactly. To do these moves, one person has to initiate, and the other has the option to participate by pressing a button or just ignore it. When Jason and I tried it, we only got to do the co-op sniping, but it was very cool and completely up to us whether or not to do it.

I'm looking forward to picking this up with my co-op buddy, but I'm still a bit disappointed by the visuals. Oh well, it won't put me off from playing it.

The graphics and effects are updated from the last game, but it does have an annoying sheen to everything. I believe they're using the Unreal 3 engine, so surprise, surprise.

Cool vid. This game has moved to the top of my list.
