Well, at least I won't be surprised by my nightmares tonight. The above image is taken from one of the two Catherine videos we have for you today. The pseudo-relationship sim/puzzle-platformer is coming out next week. The image is actually from the less disturbing of the two videos. One focuses on the physical package of the game, the other covers gameplay footage. You can decide which one creeps you out more.
In the first video we see Atlus's Senior PR Manager, Aram Jabbari, (sans head) unbox the special "Love is Over" Edition of Catherine. He gleefully uses a box cutter to "violate" the packaging. His words, not mine. The second video has a demon baby, a demon fork, and a glimpse of the co-operative and competitive play. There are demos available on XBL and the PSN, so you can see if the puzzle-platformer is right for you. Catherine comes out next week on the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. It supports two player local co-op.
