Co-Op Release Alert for the Week of 2.20.2012

The PlayStation Vita is launching this week.  Again.  Special people got the system last week.  I wasn't one of them.  I'm not jealous, or anything.  It features a handful of co-op launch titles.  Expect a full review of the hardware later this week.

2.21.2012

Syndicate (PC, 360, PS3)  The demo for this squad shooter generated a lot of buzz amongst Co-Optimus staff members.  That's a good thing.  4 player online co-op

2.22.2012

Army Corps of Hell (Vita) This is a pretty badass title for what looks like a Pikmin-style game.  Instead of cute, helpful aliens, you control cute, blood-thirsty demons.  Sweet!  4 player LAN/Ad-Hoc co-op

Dynasty Warrior NEXT (Vita) Quick Fake Fact of the Day:  There are more Dynasty Warriors games, spin-offs, and pseudo-sequels than there are playable characters in this game.  How many playable characters are in Dynasty Warriors NEXT?  Sixty-frickin-five*.  This has been your Quick Fake Fact of the Day.  4 player LAN/Ad-Hoc co-op

*That part's true.

Here's a list of retail releases for the week.  If I missed one, let me know.  Happy gaming!
