Ghostbusters Game Officially Picked up by Atari

It's been a while since we've had a good Ghostbusters Game (see above). So when we heard that the latest game was in limbo thanks to some publisher politics, we were quite disappointed. As we previously reported, the game was rumored to have been picked up by Atari. Now thanks to the latest investor relations call, it's been confirmed.
We had some hands on time with the game quite a while ago, and while we were a little disappointed, we still have high hopes for a fun experience. Currently there's no release date set for the 4 player co-op title, but with a money bag like this one you can probably bet on a holiday release NEXT YEAR. Boooooooooooo!

Why do companies keep doing this stupid stuff. Co-op is worthless, no one plays co-op anymore. It's just a waste of resources....oh wait wrong website I thought this was http://www.solo-megatron.com
My bad
There's a 4 player co-op mode, but it's not through the story. It's basically specific quick missions.
I thought it was funny
Yeah, the franchise has great co-op moments:
One person (or more if needed) tags the ghost, another lays the trap.
Have big levels where players could split up to find the ghost faster.
But at least it's still being published and the developers are still working on it.
