The Co-Op Release Alert for the Week of 4.9.2012

This is a dismal week for co-op releases. We have one, count it, one co-op game coming out this week, and it already came out on the PC last year! It's a good time to tackle that backlog before The Witcher 2: Assassin of Kings hits next Tuesday.

World Gone Sour (XBLA, PSN)  When I first saw our article titled: "Sour Patch Kids 'World Gone Sour' Looks Surprisingly Tasty," my 80's-addled mind perceived it as a Garbage Pail Kids game. Sadly, this is not the case. On the plus side the platforming looks fun, and there is some mildly insane narration from The Office's Creed Bratton.  2 player local co-op

You can find our "list" of non-co-op games below. According to Amazon, there's only one retail game, a 3DS title, launching this week, and it's coming out on Friday the 13th. Please tell me I missed something and add it to the comments section. I'd appreciate it!
