Are you ready for this?! The answer is NO! How could you be?! The Expendables 2's mighty mounds of man meat can't be contained by piddly movie theatres! The incredible bulks are storming onto the video game scene, and there's nothing you can do to stop it! Just stay out of the way and try not to get hurt!

The Expendables 2 videogame is coming to the Xbox Live Arcade, PlayStation Network, and PC this summer! It will serve as an explosve prequel to what is surely going to be one of the two greatest movies of all time! You bet your ass it has co-op!

If you look up and see this, you're already dead! If you even think about this image too long, you'll fall into a coma or get pregnant!

If you're man enough to handle the download process you'll be able to play as Rocky Rambo, He-Man Drago, Agent "Old Spice" 91, and the bad guy from Lethal Weapon 4!!! Put your face back on and keep reading! The game will support four player local co-op and four player online co-op! I have no idea if the game will support combo co-op, because I'm too afraid to ask!

What's the gameplay like?! No one knows! Ubisoft hasn't named the developer, probably because no one lived to tell the tale! Check out the screens at the bottom of the post to get a little taste of the high-octane, hard boiled, over-the-top, bullet-spitting, explosion farting rainbow that is The Expendables 2!

The Expendables 2 videogame will rear nake your choke around August 17th 2012, because that's the date the film  debuts in theaters! You know they'll show that sissy Avengers movie what's up! Do you see that man at the top of the page?! That ain't CGI, Ruffalo!

Other developers will just have to stop making games once this releases. There will be no point.

From the screenshots, and the fact that it's downloadable, I'm guessing it's going to be a twin-stick shooter. Definitely a day-one purchase for me!!!

Sadly, Snatch Crank isn't a playable character.

--- Replying to R2JUGGERNATE -----

Games that serve as prequels or sequels to movies tend to be pretty solid. It's when the game studio attempts to recreate the entire movie in a game that things tend to go bad. Since this game is a prequel (and thus has no scripted movie plot/ forced scenes to follow) I have hopes that it will be more than decent.

fair enough.. though lots of the bond games haven't been built directly off the movies and yet they have still been pretty poor more often than not.. but I have higher hopes for this game than most bond entries.. if it's built as well as renegade ops, then the coop will make it worth the purchase (at least when it's on a steam sale)
