Borderlands 2 Sells 5 Million, Art Book Available for Pre-Order
A coffee table book for gamers and psycho bandit midgets alike.
Borderlands 2 has sold over 5 million copies across all three platforms to date, giving publisher 2K Games a very positive quarter. The company stated it has been one of the most successful games in their company's history, which is impressive considering they publish the Grand Theft Auto series and other Rockstar Games. Borderlands 2 also received high marks with over a 90 Metacritic average, including our own Editor's Choice Award and a perfect score.
In other Borderlands news, the latest "Art Of" book is set to be released next week and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Normally priced at $40, you can snag it for just $25. The original game's Game of the Year book became a hard to find collector's item rather quickly and impressed Andrew quite a bit.
