With the new year comes new games, but sadly,  those are few and far between.  Luckily for the Co-Optimus staff one of the games that did come out this week seems to be an absolute blast.  Other than that we've got the old favorites of Halo 4, XCOM, and a few others showing their face.

Nick "bapenguin" Puleo (@NickPuleo) - "I think I'll spend the weekend wrapping up games like Far Cry 3, XCOM, and maybe continuing my Legendary run through Halo 4." 

Andrew "Cubninja" Gaskill (@cubninja) - "I'll be punching stuff in Anarchy Reigns, shooting stuff in Borderlands 2, and strategizing stuff in XCOM. "

Mike "Pheriannath" Katsufrakis (@Pheriannath) -  " It's my anniversary, so I'll probably not be playing many games. It's the small sacrifices that add up."

Marc "DjinniMan" Allie (@DjinniMan) - "Finished up Halo 4's Spartan Ops, so back to Skylanders Giants and Lego LotR for us this weekend." 

Jason "OrigamiPanther" Love (@JLove55) - "I'll try and get some Far Cry 3 and Borderlands 2 in this weekend, hopefully."

Paul "EastX" Acevedo (@SegaCon) - "Not sure how much gaming I'll be doing, but I plan to try out Kinect Nat Geo TV Season 2 and maybe some Borderlands with my girlfriend." 

Eric "smurphster" Murphy (@smurph_em)- "My backlog is growing, but I can't put Halo 4 down. I might work on Mark of the Ninja NG as well." 

Sam "Samoza" Tyler (@reelsamtyler) - "My house is going to be full of giggling women, not as fun as it sounds as I won't get access to the TV much.  When I do it will be Assassin's Creed 3 and The Amazing Spider Man that take up my time."

Locke Vincent (@LockeVincent) - "Power bombing helicopters and smashing faces in Anarchy Reigns."

Tally "xelissa" Callahan - "Tons of family in town to visit, so hardly any games for me. I might be able to slip in some Persona 4 Golden for a few minutes a day before bed here and there."

Chris "The Lemko" Metz (@The_Lemko) - "Digging up my old copy of Dead Space to prepare for Dead Space 3 (less than a month away!). Also finishing up True Vault Hunter Mode on BL2."
