Greetings, been awhile. So let's get right to what I've been doing....
I have been playing a ton of Prototype and Left 4 Dead killing zombies and mopping up some achievments like Red Mist, Back 2 Help, and Safety First and Prototype's Hope, Surface-to-Air, Brain Trust, Threat Elevated, and Unnatural Selection. All of these as a result of my climb to reach 53,596 (Prototype) and 53,595 (L4D) zombie kills in each game.
For those interested in statistics, apparently I kill zombies in L4D at a rate of 605 per day and in Prototype 858 on average. I tend to get thousands of kills easily in Prototype. I would have a better average if I played each day, but I have been busy with work and had little time for gaming. But if I keep this up I should have each of those achievments about a week before Halo: Reach debuts.
I have tended to play on Advanced in order to get higher numbers of zombies and to test my survivor skills. I don't care about dying since that allows to another chance to get more kills.
However, if anyone is up to play expert on some levels I'm up for that and those kills will go towards my overall Just PM or reply in the thread., I'm usually free Tuesdays and Thursdays but I may not have Tuesdays to play since...
I recently beat the game on Legendary with a little help from my friends TroNada and Shazoo. I have even completed the Mythic Map Pack II set of achievements and got a few other MP ones as well. We had a blast playing a good chunk of the campaign to make up for some levels not touched by co-op. Afterward we went after two silver skulls I was missing so I can now properly challenge myself.
I have also taken time to go over all of my MP film clips to save space on my drive and free up some clutter. Mostly so that I can keep any good films that may be coming and so I can save some Forge variants.
Which leads me back to Tuesdays as a oddity in my gaming night. I would like to have a weekly Halo meetup. Play Social, Campaign, or hopefully show off some Forge Maps and really get to see what we can do.
I have always wanted to go back to Forge and finish some maps I haven't had a chance to flesh out and to hopeully try some new things.
