They desperately need money or what? Multiplayer should be free everywhere...

Sometimes a game comes with a 24 or 48 hour Gold code. I have two 48 hour codes myself at the moment, and will use them if a friend wants to try online.blakepro wrote:It looks really good. I am bummed about the need for two gold live accounts. My Gears buddy only plays locally once every other month or so, so we will just be doing two player split screen. He doesn't play enough to warrant a gold subscription purchase.

Technically, it IS free - just not on the dedicated servers. Multiplayer supports 2 players in splitscreen and 10 players via SYSTEM LINK (your favorite)...for free. So I guess you're out of complaints, then.
