[Preview] - Call of Duty: World at War Co-Op Impressions

Postby bapenguin » Mon Oct 13, 2008 4:09 pm

The competitive multiplayer beta may have just begun for Call of Duty: World at War, but that's not what interests us.  We want to know about the game's co-op mode, and thankfully we have some hands on impressions with Activision's latest.   Previews, Screens and Video are all yours, so read on!

Looks interesting! I know WWII shooters are a dime a dozen, but a good co-op version would be fun. I'm curious to see how open ended they leave the maps. Great post Nick.

:o Whoops! Missed that little line altogether. Oddly enough, his writing style came across just like yours. Interesting! Well then, guess I take back my compliment to you! ;)

Wow. Great review. Thanks for the heads up... I've been pretty "blah" about this, since Call of Duty 3 was pretty "blah", but this may change my plan for this game. Thanks again.

wish people would stop bashing CoD3 in almost Every CoD5 thread, gets old reading it over and over.

CoD5 is in the making to be a stellar release, lets just hope it doesnt get over shadowed by all the other games coming out this season.

Shazoo, it's just people giving their opinions. If you'll notice, slhunter used that CoD3 comment as a springboard for a positive post about topic at hand.

Sounds pretty good and the video looks excellent. I think I saw an experience counter, so I assume you can unlock weapons and perks via co-op. At least I hope so.

@rafoca - How can you comment on "hype" and then ask how the graphics are? There's more to games than how they look!
