Since the game was incorrectly but unanimously titled Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 before its official announcement, OTX has a strong and valid base on which to compare the latest data. I thought the interest was waning because of the gimped co-op.

They should put a big "from the REAL makers of Call of Duty" in the box.

With REAL in bold.

lol... i think its more the title that is in question, not the box. unless you rename it to "Modern Warfare 2: From the REAL Makers of Call of Duty" but that's a bit wordy

Well, I gotta say that not including Call of Duty does hurt, but that combined with what Barinp0wa mentioned is what will kinda hurt.

I would be pretty awesome to bold the REAL part..hehe

I'm not so interested in this game... the snowmobile screens I've seen make me feel like the game is more action based than 'realistic'.

While this might be good for a lot of people, it's not why I was first attracted to the CoD franchise. The bodged co-op is also a downer for me.

You've also got to remember that many of the 11 year old kids who play CoD4 won't realise it's actually got modern warfare in the title, and so are unlikely to make the link between the next game...hmmmm...maybe I will get it after all .
