Just saw the first episode of Halo Legends.

Pretty good. I like the animation, not looking forward to episodes that are said to be similar to Pokemon. But this episode is very different from that.

It's very well done and I quite enjoyed it. Wished there was more combat, but I like the sequences they had.

Remember, new episodes of Halo Legends premiere every Saturday on Halo Waypoint on Xbox Live.

After the premiere Saturday the episode is no longer available and you cannot download it. The episode is only streamed. After the Saturday, it will only be available for sale, possibly through Zune, but I dunno. (I'll find out after today).

According to the end of the episode, it will also be available on Blu-Ray, On-Demand (from?), Digital Distribution, and DVD.

There is also Behind The Scenes Extras for each episode and I look forward to watching that.

I liken the free streaming on Saturdays to classic Saturday TV shows when I was younger. That feeling of waiting a week for the next installment.

Just glad they give you a whole day to watch it instead of a single timeslot.

Unfortunately, he is late. And to clarify, you cannot download it. It's was being streamed and new episodes are streamed for free only Saturdays.

Check Youtube, but I wouldn't know if there is anything there.

Watched it Saturday was pretty good not alot of dialog though but still pretty good.

I'm going to wait for them to come out on high res torrent, unless they get the DVD out before then.

I believe the release date for the collection of episodes will be in February 2010. Blu-Ray & DVD. So at least they are bundling them together and not selling them individually.

Sadly, no new episode this Saturday just a Behind the Scenes.

We only get 4 new episodes this year, then one next year before the new schedule it posted.

They're rotating an episode followed by a Behind the Scenes and then another episode.

I think they are spreading them out so that when the Collection is released in February, not all of them are are aired and so it promotes people to buy the whole thing instead of waiting for the new episodes.
