Link: Co-Optimus Entry

Please keep all discussion of Overlord for the XBox 360 in this thread.

This was one of those games that I played for a few days, then it just completely fell off my radar. I'd love to get back to it, and try out the multiplayer side.

How is the co op part. I tried the demo and think it is silly fun but don't like the controls all that much. Is it a fun co op game?

I quite enjoyed the game actually. Nice to play something different.

Co-op side was quite good. There is a survival game mode where you work together to kill the waves of enemies that progressively get larger and harder.

The other mode I played was 1 vs 1 in collecting money and capturing nodes.

A fun and interesting game

I am almost finished with the single player side of this game. I'd be up for some co-op when I'm done.

So is the campaign mode available in co-op? Or is it just those certain missions?

Just those missions I'm afraid.

Co-op has no relation to the story whatsoever. It's just a multi-player mode. But it's still kind of fun.

I was disapointed that co op had none of the tone of the game. The narative is what makes it strong. So the co op part was ok. Haven't tried the horde mode. I will give it a try.
