Is there a way to lower the difficulty level of GRAW 2 Coop or increase the number of respawns? Being four newbies, we die every other minute.

if it's like the 360 version, I think you can make a custom game mode with infinite respawns.

Post Re: Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2
I have a couple of friends coming over to play games tomorrow and I'm trying like crazy to find a shooter game that has four player co-op split screen.

I have warhawk already but my friends dont like the complex controls of that game much.

Ghost Recon seems to be an option, but it sounds like its a bit on the simulation side. (two bullets kill you, high difficulty, etc) while they prefer more arcade like controls.

Has anyone played this on split screen with friends? Is it fun? Any other 4 player split screen shooter games anyone can think of for PS3? I checked the list here and it doesnt seem that there are many options.

If I dont find anything, we will just fall back to Time Splitters 3 for the Gamecube (playing on the wii with 480P is a slight improvement), but its sad that we cant find anything in the current generation that tops Time Splitters 3. (I know the Xbox360 has exactly what I'm looking for, but its sadly not an option for me)

Any help?

I think haze has 4-player split screen co-op. The demo was decent, but the reviews were not very encouraging, so I never end up getting it.

Btw, I also got warhawk because of the 4 player split screen online option; but as you say the controls are very difficult. Every time I jump into a plane I get shot down in two seconds, so I've decided to stay on foot most of the time.

Thanks for the Reply. I thought the same thing about Haze. It was supposed to have 4 player split screen but they axed it right before release.

I purchased it in the discount bin a month ago because I forgot about that. It only has two player split screen. (4 player co-op via online).

Haze is alright, but its a bit slow. It also drops way too many swear words for my preferences. Also, you cant skip cut scenes for some reason and some of them are close to 15 minutes long. (which is way too long when you are playing with a buddy IMO.)
