Is this related to the Aliens: Colonial Marines?

Anybody want to place bets as to whether A:CM will be a L4D clone?

This game isnt related with A:CM, this is a 2d beat em up(I think).

And I dont think A:CM will be like l4d. In this game you can weld doors, have motion detectors and there is more tension and scaryness. Hopefully is it a bit open world too.
And even if this plays like l4d, what's wrong with that?

The AVP game was one on the PC that had a Horde mode before horde mode was even thought of on Gears 2 hehe.

I remember me and my friend picked this up at a computer show for like 5 bucks... well the sweet thing about AVP is that once it was installed you didnt need to have the CD to play it anymore, well being slick like we were we installed it on the computers throughout the school, well needless to say after a few weeks we were having LAN matches across the school.

It was fun the multiplayer you could pick to play as a Marine, Predator, or Alien. I loved playing as the alien and just pouncing everyone that came my way.

The horde mode was pretty much the marines vs aliens in this little bunker, and needless to say it got hard fast.

If you could find it its an awesome game and worth the play.

However Dodomaster you put on a screen shot of next years version of AVP.
This threads about the one that came out in 1999.
I still got AvP (1999) I tried to upload a gif or jpg of the original but cant for some reason

ALso I note the screen shots at the beginning are from the new up & coming game & not the 1999 one.
