That reminds me of a comic, but it's not SFW so I won't post it.

That craigslist ad is epic. I think you should all check this site out as well:

Hope it wasn't posted here before.

I am looking for someone to dress up like a Clown and hang out with me. I would cook you diner – or we could BBQ something. I’m interested in making my neighbor lady wonder. I have already had a man in a panda costume last month – and also had a heard of sheep come in for the day to cut the grass. (sheep do a good job by the way). A clown would be something.
Maybe you could bring some balloons – or make balloon animals to hang in my tree. I’d like to have this done some evening between 6pm and dark. The longer you can stay the better (like if you could stay for the whole 3 hours). Do you have any tricks you could do?
Like I said – I could cook diner and get you drunk – I’d even be willing to pay your cab fare to and from. I don’t have much to offer – and my neighbor lady is driving me nuts – so I want to drive her nuts. If you had a Mime friend – it would be cool to see you two chase each other around the yard or do relay races while I time you.

Let me know your thoughts – open to Men and Women Clowns.

That is completely amazing. I want a clown to come over to creep out MY neighbors....well, not really, but that's still awesome!
That's what she said!

i don't think our neighbors would notice... they're all hermits except to mow their lawns at 6am.

That CL ad is fantastic, it's getting forwarded on to some friends.

Crap, on thereifixedit, I've already found at least 3 things that I've actually done.

Run a laptop with most of the case missing.

Used vicegrips to turn my shower on.

Used duct tape to hold my fridge together.

It's all fun and games until you realize you're one of "those people."

Love that zelda .gif. I always wondered why you could hit something solid, but the boomerang always returned like a loyal dog. Brilliant. Now, someone hit Navi and leave a mark.

That Zelda one is fantastic, but the "Press X to exchange insurance information" is maybe my favorite. I'm still chuckling about that one.

very true... you won't find a more loyal fanbase than one that will start a religion base on your IP. however, there's also a huge potential to piss those same people off (like the newest star trek movie did).

I love the response from the store.

If you have your hood on you will not see all our great deals.

I guess the church of the sith only has two members?

Really - at least around here - most places don't let you go inside if you have on a hat or a scarf pulled up over your face. They claim it's for safety, so they can identify you if you try to rob the store...or something. We also have a lot of stupid crazy people in Colorado, something about the altitude.

That surprises me, given the climate. I used to live in Wyoming, and we wore masks all the time to prevent snot freezing.

Our winters are sissy because of how dry it is - also, snot freezing = funny until it happens. You're just supposed to take stuff off before entering a store, or immediately after walking through the "breezeway"
