First of all, unlike the previous incarnations, if you play this co-op, you'll both be part of the two-man team. You and your partner won't both have an NPC to control. This works out fine, but it just makes it more similar to all the other FPSs out there.
Gameplay is okay. Weapon upgrades throughout the game keep it somewhat interesting, but really, there's nothing else new here. Fairly short game overall. Fun playing it co-op, but not as addictive as some of the previous games in the series.
