It appears that the Nintendo Wii is not getting the only breakaway Ghost Recon title this year: the PlayStation Portable will be the landing site for Ghost Recon Predator, a game completely different from Future Soldier but not necessarily its replacement.
Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon has been off the grid for awhile, but we're finally getting some glimpses of the multi-platform bombardment that Ubisoft has in store for us. In addition to Ghost Recon: Future Soldier the Nintendo Wii and PlayStation Portable will be getting their own Tom Clancy action.
More assets are coming out of Gamescom 2010 in Germany, this time for the upcoming game, Hard Corps Uprising from Konami and Arc System Works. The hand drawn animation style combined with rich backgrounds are stunning to look at - and really - don't do the game justice unless you see it in motion.
We just got a fresh batch of screens from the Obsidian Entertainment developed action/rpg Dungeon Siege 3. Jason had looked at the game at E3 earlier this year and was incredibly impressed with what he saw. The latest batch of screenshots show off an incredibly impressive looking game with a variety of different areas and environments.
Brink is going to offer a multitude of pre-order bonuses depending on where you shop for your game. The two most popular ones are most likely going to be the DOOM pack, based on id's popular franchise, and the Fallout pack, based on Bethesda recent iteration of the popular franchise. Both packs will contain tattoos, hats, and wearable items themed after their respective games. In addition to these two packs there's two others called Spec-Ops and Psycho. There's no word on whether or not these packs will become available as paid DLC.

Many of us were disappointed to find out that the XBLA version would not be launching with online co-op, being instead added in as a free update on September 28th (the same day the game launches for PC and PSN). As part of a way to make up for this disappointment, xbox 360 owners of the game will have access to the game's first DLC pack FREE for 30 days!
After several pre-rendered teaser trailers, it appears we're finally getting our first look at Lord of the Rings: War in the North and its 3 player co-op action. The only surprise here is that the camera appears to be from a more on the ground perspective, instead of an isometric top down look. Not necessarily a bad thing, just not what we expected from developer Snowblind.
Runic Games have released the first trailer showing off gameplay footage of Torchlight 2. Not only do we get a glimpse of the new weather system and several new locations, we get our first peak at the co-op action. In fact, the entire trailer is focused on co-op play and how it was the number one asked for feature of the original. You see that - developers do listen to our feedback.
The latest batch of screenshots for the upcoming two player co-op Dead Rising 2 sure are interesting. To say there's a variety to the visual style is an understatement. On one hand you have the menacing undead horde, ready to consume your brains at a moments notice. On the other hand you have a dude in heart covered underwear wearing brass knuckles with huge spikes on them.
