The sweltering summer months make us want to stay indoors and get our game on. Thankfully there's a few titles out there that help break that heat. This month we look at five single player titles including Singularity, Prince of Persia: Forgotten Sands, DarkStar one, Persona 3 Portable and more.

Shank Co-op Trailer is Co-op to the Extreme

At PAX East the glory, visuals, and smooth controls of Shank wow'd us back to the Klei entertainment both to play again, and again, and again - and it was just single player at the time. Now Shank has brought a buddy to play the incredibly impressive platforming adventure game. Shanking, shooting, jumping, and co-op attacking, the co-op campaign looks absolutely phenomenal in the trailer we've got for you.

Fable 3 Comic-Con Screenshot Gallery

Ok, so "gallery" might be a stretch of the imagination.  It's just three screenshots from the upcoming game Fable 3 straight from the San Diego Comic-Con which kicks off today.  There is one nice surprise to be had in them though, namely,  a giant ship like thing that appears to be on rails underground.  Could this be your personal transport vessel?  The infuriating SHMUP like end boss battle?  Or is our hero simply out for a joy ride through Albion?

For Great Justice! JLA Members in New Batman: The Brave and The Bold Trailer

As a huge comic book nerd, and stalwart fan of the old school beat em up, I've had my eye on the Wii TV-show tie-in Batman: The Brave and the Bold ever since it was announced.  A new trailer has been released, and now my demand for this game is approaching infinite crisis levels.  First awesome fact: one of Batman's co-op partners is Guy Gardner, a Green Lantern with a loud mouth and a sweet bowl haircut.  My son was just asking me why there aren't any Green Lantern video games, and now this comes along!  Amazing.
