This week Chuck Husemann of Gaming Nexus broadcasted his list of games that he wanted to see at E3 on Twitter, and asked followers if there were any he'd missed. I won't be attending E3, but like most of the gaming world, I'll be watching intently for both hardware and game announcements; Chuck's question inspired me to wonder if we'll see a new Rainbow Six or Ghost Recon game this year.

The battle between Heaven and Hell rages on our plane after the Horsemen were tricked into triggering the Apocalypse early. Play as War, one of the four Horsemen, tracking down the other three Horseman, and solving the mystery of the premature end of our world.
Kane and Lynch was a great co-op game that got a bad rap due to a review scandal between Gamespy and Eidos. Despite the mixed reviews the game has gone on to sell over a million copies as well as having a movie adaptation in production. So it should come as no surprise that a sequel to the game is in the works.

Publishing company Atlus, best known for the Shin Megami Tensei/Persona series of games, announced yesterday that it would be bringing From Software's, best known for the Armored Core series, action RPG Demon’s Souls to our shores. Being billed as a “hardcore RPG,” this title, which saw a February release date in Japan, features the one element that we here at Co-Optimus always want to see more of: co-op. Two other players will be able to join you in your quest to hack, slash, and quest your way through goblins, dragons, and other fantastical creatures.
