Neon Chrome minus the procedural generation

10tons' New Title, JYDGE, Out This Month on PC, October for PS4

Following on the success of their last title (the excellent Neon Chrome), 10tons has a new twin-stick shooter coming out soon that is set in the same universe and uses many of the same mechanics, but with a few notable differences. JYDGE is all of the aesthetics and style of Neon Chrome, minus the randomness, plus a whole lot more customization.

New Co-Op Game Releases - September 6 Edition

A new week (I know, we're off by a couple days) is here which means we've got a new bunch of co-op releases. Destiny 2 is the big one here, but we've also got a stylish Zelda throwback title in Songbringer, the sequel no one thought would happen in Knack 2, and LEGO Worlds and Neurovoider both make their way onto the Switch.

If only every weekend were a long weekend.

Our Weekend In Gaming: The Fruits Of Our Labor

The Co-Opticrew has been hard at working sowing the seeds of co-op gaming for weeks on end.  We've made the populace aware of as many announcements, patches, and dev videos as humanly possible, and now we reap our just rewards.  At least, that's what caused our upcoming extended weekend in my headcanon.  It's also possible that this holiday comes pretty consistently every year and our work has extremely little impact on it.

Latest Dev Video Shows Off The Crew 2's Flexibility

It looks like Ubisoft is really pushing the ability to fly/drive/boat your way across not-quite-America in The Crew 2.  Admittedly, it looks like a lot of fun, assuming everything works as smoothly as you'd hope, and even if it doesn't, there are lots of hijinx to be had in watching your boat slam into the streets of Detroit from 200 yards in the air.

Xbox Games With Gold For September

September will soon be upon us which means the best parts of the year are just around the corner; pumpkin spice everything, Halloween (which seems to be starting mid-August now), crispy and/or crunchy leaves on the ground, caramel corn as well as caramel apples and, best of all, my birthday. September also brings a new batch of free games to celebrate with Xbox’s Games With Gold, though sadly, only one co-op title in the bunch: Battlefield 3.
