Remaining Year Two Franchises for LEGO Dimensions Get Release Dates

LEGO Dimensions may be nearing the end of its second year post-release, but it certainly hasn't been any slouch in adding to its impressive franchise roster this year. Last year, Warner Bros. promised 16 new franchises in Year Two, and since then they've made good on that promise with 13 of them. Just recently, they announced that September 15th will see the launch of the remaining three.

Free-to-Play Version of Toukiden 2 Now Available

If you're only somewhat interested in slaying oni with your friends, then Koei Tecmo has a deal for you. Toukiden 2: Free Alliances arrived yesterday for the PlayStation 4 and Vita and it allows you to check out some of what the full game has to offer as a kind of free-to-play version. In this case, it means you can only play a few missions each day before you run out of "Stamina" and have to wait for it to regenerate.

Stream Cooperatively with Mixer

Live streaming is all the rage these days and there are a variety of services, like Twitch, YouTube Gaming, and Smashcast, that allow gamers to watch others or show off their own gaming skills to others. Microsoft has been working on their own service, originally called "Beam," that's gotten a major overhaul along with a new name. Now called "Mixer," four gamers can pool their streams together into one broadcast (dubbed "co-streaming") for some co-op friendly streaming.
