Play Xbox with PlayStation Controllers and More with the Brook Wingman XB 2, Coming Nov. 30

Earlier this year, we reviewed the Brook Wingman XB, an accessory that allows the use of PlayStation, Switch, and other controllers on Xbox consoles. Several months later, Brook is set to follow that release with the Brook Wingman XB2 on November 30. Form a party of 3 and deal with supernatural threats and slow gameplay.

Holy Purge is a Very Indie Cooperative Horror Game

We like to support indie games around here. There are different levels of "indie," of course. Some games are more indie than others. Holy Purge, a co-op horror game for Steam from Celeritas Games, is as indie as it gets. Three online or LAN players can team up to exorcise demons or something in two different maps. Holy Purge is super janky, but also kind of spooky. Gamers of the right temperament might have a creepy good time purgin' with friends.

This one collects a staggering array of titles from Atari consoles and arcades past, plus offers some new games to boot. It's a wild mix of games that, thankfully, includes more than a handful of local co-op games.

Beautiful Platformer 'Pid' Is Beaming Onto Switch on November 18

Long ago, the studio that developed the incredible Bionic Commando: Rearmed broke up. Some of the remaining staff formed Might & Delight, which would go on to release games like Book of Travels and the Shelter series. On November 18, a whole new generation will get to face the game's beauty, challenge, and 2-player local co-op.

Get your bats ready for this cult classic beat 'em up starring baseball ninjas!

'Ninja Baseball Bat Man' Will Get Its First Ever Home Release on iiRcade

One of the coolest things about iiRcade, the home arcade cabinet/console, is that it lets gamers purchase classic arcade games that have never gotten home releases before. We've seen it before with the stellar Warrior Blade: Rastan Saga Episode III and the less-amazing-but-still-charming Ninja Clowns, and we're about to see it again with Ninja Baseball Bat Man. Originally released by Irem in 1993, Ninja Baseball Bat Man is one of the rarest arcade games in the world, and it's coming soon to iiRcade.

TMNT: Shredder's Revenge Finally Supports Combo Co-op on PlayStation

When the highly anticipated Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge launched in June, it boasted an impressive array of local and online co-op features. The Xbox, Switch, and PC versions allowed local and online players to join the same game, a feature we call combo co-op. PlayStation, however, did not support this feature. That finally changes with the latest update, which enables combo co-op in PlayStation. What's more, all versions of Shredder's Revenge just got a party code system to facilitate cross-platform co-op!
