You can't make an eOmelette without breaking a few circuits

Arcade Shooter Circuit Breakers Coming to Xbox One

The six player (local) co-op shooter Circuit Breakers will be making its way from the PC to the Xbox One next year. Initially released on Steam last year, this frantic twin-stick shooter lets players choose from one of four characters before proceeding to blast their way through as many bots as they can. Circuit Breakers is cu...

Overdriven Reloaded Co-Op Review

Overdriven Reloaded has so much going for it I'm tempted to just copy/paste a bullet point list of its features, make a lame pun about "bullet" lists for a shooter, then tell you to go play it. The remake of the classic Overdriven has six game modes, four levels of difficulty, hidden alien artifacts to find, co-op for up to four ...

Gameplay Trailer for The Wild Eight Highlights Co-Op Elements

Eight Points' co-op survival title, The Wild Eight, is still slated to enter Steam Early Access before the year ends. While there's no update about when that might actually be, a new gameplay trailer has arrived that provides a little more of an overview of what to expect when the title does become available. In a survival game,...

MMO Co-Opportunities Volume LXXI: Guardians of Ember Preview

This month for MMO Co-Opportunities, we’ll be previewing Guardians of Ember, an MMO from Runewaker now in beta. Since the game isn’t released yet (and the content in the beta is very limited), we’ll be looking at the potential MMO co-opportunities I’ve found in my time with the game. Party Harder With a Buddy in Party Hard

I guess ever since Hotline Miami really hit it big, devs have been chasing that action/twitch/puzzle-y murder sim vibe that it had going for it. Enter newcomer Party Hard, which tasks you with killing everyone at a party (because it's 3 am and they can't keep it down) as sneakily as possible. The title got an update this week which now lets you achieve this task with a local co-op buddy.

Skate 3 Added to Backwards Compatibility List

I haven't played a ton of skateboarding games in my life, but I was a fan of Skate 3 (even if the co-op was so-so). I'm also not the only one that would love to see a Skate 4 despite the fact the development team behind those games is now long since scattered to the wind. At least I'll be able to grind all over again now that Skate 3 has been added to the Xbox One Backwards Compatibility list.

Battlezone VR Co-Op Review

It’s fairly fitting that Battlezone VR is a launch title for Sony’s PlayStation VR platform. The original 1980’s arcade game in some ways can be considered one of the first VR games that was released. The cabinets had players looking through a set of goggles at a black and green lined based battlefield filled with tanks. Players w...
