The closes thing to a 360 no scope montage you'll see out of me

Sniper Elite 3: A Discourse of the Face

Sniper Elite 3 is out and we have been spending a ton of time well, sniping. Our review will be coming early next week so we wanted to give everyone a peek at what the game is like. The game is gorgeous, the change of scenery is great, and the x-ray slow motion headshot cam doesn't get old. Best of all, you can pair up with your best sniper buddy and coordinate some pretty spectacular tactics.

Minecraft on Consoles Outsells PC Version; 54 Million Copies Total Sold

I wonder if anybody at Mojang was actually opposed to putting Minecraft out on consoles. After all, there is less customization, the patches are released at a much slower rate, and the worlds are slightly less infinite than their PC counterparts. Such concerns are probably soothed by the unbelievably large amount of cash Mojang has obtained since launching it on other platforms. Minecraft has officially sold more copies on consoles than PC.

Bright, crisp, and beautiful displays - but which one?

Dell U2713H vs ASUS PB278Q - 2560x1440 IPS Monitor Comparison

A few weeks back I suddenly found myself without a monitor. With a blank slate in front of me I started to decide what exactly I needed and wanted in a monitor. Gaming was obviously first priority, but content creation and screen realestate was big too. Having had an IPS display before, and really enjoying the contrast and quality  it provided, I knew I wanted to go that route.  But the next question I asked - could I live with 1080p or did I want to shoot for 1440p or the elusive 4K resolution.

Crimsonland makes it onto PS4 only 10 Years Later than the PC

The Playstation 4 is a beast of a machine, but owners of said console may find themselves playing mostly downloadable games as it is also an Indie game darling.  More independent fun is on the way on July 15th in the form of Crimsonland, a 4 player local co-op shooter that has the whiff of Geometry Wars about it, but is actually based on a 2003 PC original.

The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth Three Times The Size of the Original

Who is ready to delve back into the stark naked nightmares of a terrified child masochist?! The maniacs behind The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth revealed some fairly compelling reasons why you should stop playing that filthy, filthy first edition and embrace the remake. Not that the remake is any less filthy. In fact, given the higher resolution and vast additional content, it's probably a lot filthier.

Create Your Own Shooter In Gunscape: The FPS Creation Kit

If you stumbled by the ID@Xbox booth in Microsoft's section of E3 this year, you might have gotten a pixelated eyeful of Gunscape. You might have thought it was Minecraft running on an Xbox One, or Doom, which had somehow been sucked through a time vortex into modern day. It might surprise you, then, that Gunscape is a terribly ambitious project spearheaded by those crazy theorists down at Blowfish Studios.
