Waiting? No, playing!

Co-Op Monthly Round-Up for October, 2020

More than 50 games offering co-op features were released last month across all the major platforms. So while everyone (yes, including us) is waiting for the Next Generation(TM) to arrive in a few weeks, there's still more than enough co-op fodder available to pass the time with friends. The database meanwhile saw an increase of 170 old, new and upcoming titles during the month, making sure that we remain your primary source for co-op gaming!

It was an underworld smash!

Our Weekend In Gaming: Monster Mash

As part of our roles as Gaming Journalists, we're contractually obligated to bring forth some of our spookiest gaming material for the coming weekend.  From what I can tell, it seems like the Co-Opticrew has landed on Hades as its game of choice this time around.  What's scarier than having a douche-y dad telling you what to do all the time?  Trying to disobey him, failing, and listening to him gloat over and over for eternity, of course.

The lightest Pulsefire mouse yet, with a delicious honeycomb shell

HyperX Pulsefire Haste Gaming Mouse Review

Earlier this week, HyperX released its latest mouse in the Pulsefire line: the Pulsefire Haste. This mouse takes the general shape and configuration shared by other mice in the same family and applies a honeycomb hex shell design to be lighter in weight. Our Weekend In Gaming: Waifu Combat Simulator

This weekend, the Co-Opticrew is abandoning their ailing reality for a newer, better one.  With their virtual life partners at their side, they'll explore new worlds, combat fearsome foes, and drain their bank accounts on highly detailed body pillows.  What fun!  I hear the nuptials are already being planned, so I'd advise going ahead and picking out some extra tasteful Second Life outfits.

Waifu Squad with a Waifu Buddy

Genshin Impact Co-Op Impressions and Stream Recap

Two weeks after its release, Genshin Impact has made quite the impression in the gaming scene. The free-to-play, third-person action game draws a ton of inspiration from Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild as well as an elemental system that's reminsicent of the Divinity: Original Sin titles (i.e., combining two elements produces a new result). We spent a little time with the game's co-op and showed off what it has to offer, as well as its limitations.

Take to the road in your food truck and serve up some delicious dishes

Cook, Serve, Delicious! 3?! Arrives Today

Vertigo Gaming's Cook, Serve, Delicious series welcomes a new entry today: Cook, Serve, Delicious! 3?! Similar to the past two games, you'll be in charge of cooking hitting a series of buttons to prepare, cook, and serve food to patrons, but this time you'll be doing it all in a food truck as you go from location-to-location driving through a war-torn America in the distant year of 2042... Yeah, maybe a bit too real these days?

HyperX expands its Alloy Origins line with patented in-house blue switches

HyperX Alloy Origins Mechanical Gaming Keyboard with Blue Switches Review

Last week, HyperX released another keyboard in their Alloy Origins line: the Alloy Origins Mechanical Gaming Keyboard with HyperX Blue Switches. This is their first full-sized keyboard to receive HyperX blue (clicky) switches. I’ve reviewed the Alloy Origins keyboard with both HyperX Red and Aqua switches in the past, and (as expected)...
