There's never been a better time to play Destiny

Destiny 2: Shadowkeep Stream Recap and Impressions

Last week, Bungie made some significant changes to Destiny 2. Specifically, they shifted the base game ("New Light") to be free-to-play, revamped how armor works in the game, put everyone on the same equal footing (i.e., level 50 character with power level 750), shifted how a few activities work, added a "Season Rank" (aka, "Battle Pass"), and also dropped a new content update, Shadowkeep. It's a lot to go through, and we did our best to cover it during our "Let's Play Co-Op" stream this week.

HyperX Alloy Origins Mechanical Gaming Keyboard Review

If you’ve read some of my other peripheral reviews, you might know that I’m a big fan of the HyperX Alloy series of keyboards. Our Weekend In Gaming: What Day Is It?!

While I'm pretty sure our last Weekend in Gaming post happened like, yesterday, the Gregorian calendar on my phone says it's already time for another.  On one hand, jumping straight from one weekend to the next is a nice feeling, but it definitely feels strange not knowing what I did for all that time.  Ah well, I guess there's nothing to do about it but enjoy the weekend and unwrap the three hundred boxes of Shrek 2 DVDs that showed randomly showed up at my doorstep.

Certification Has Slowed Release.

Stardew Valley Co-Op Now Available on PS4, Delayed on Xbox One

Eric Barone, the sole creator and constant developer for Stardew Valley, announced via Twitter (see below) that the co-op patch for his game has been delayed on the Xbox One due to failing the certification testing. He further notes that he is unsure why this happened, but that he was working with the porting team to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. On the bright side, the co-op update is now available for the PlayStation 4 version as well as the previously added PC and Nintendo Switch.
