EDF: Insect Armageddon Coming to PC

Gather your keyboards and mice! Prepare to face the Ravagers! Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon is coming to the PC via Steam! It should be available for download this holiday season. To mark this momentous occasion, D3 will offer four new DLC weapon packs. Whether or not these new weapons of mass destruction are PC exclusives remains to be determined. Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon Update Takes a Few Steps Forward, Just as Many Back

Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon may have been something of a letdown to fans of its predecessor, fixing only a few of 2017’s faults and introducing plenty of new ones. A recent title update attempts to rectify some of those problems, but once again it breaks a few things of its own.

EDF: Insect Armageddon Pre-Order Bonuses are Available for Download

The pre-order bonus guns for Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon are now available as DLC on both the Xbox LIVE Marketplace and the PlayStation Store. These were the pre-order bonuses offered through Best Buy and GameStop. The gun packs are called "Death from Above" and "Pounds of Pain," and they're mostly centered on the Jet Armor and Battle Armor, respectively. A few other weapons for the Tactical and Trooper armor sets have been tossed in for kicks. You can see them in action here. The DLC will cost you 240 Microsoft Points, or $2.99 in real money.
