As of Monday, Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition has hit over 5 million sales on Xbox Live. The sandbox game that shattered sales records within the first 24 hours of release continues to shoot for the stars, practically touching them as we speak.

The 7^th Title Update is still off in the distance somewhere, but Microsoft has provided more details on this upcoming Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition patch that gamers are eagerly awaiting. Again, the Minecraft finale mission, known only as: “The End”, won’t be appearing in the 360 version of the game until the next major title update, but there will be plenty to explore and craft once this patch hits Xbox LIVE.

Christmas is hurtling towards us faster than a bout of heart burn and a deep sense of food regret.  Jumping onto this bandsleigh is none other than top rated co-op title Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition.  A set of Seasonal Skins will be yours to purchase from the 19th December for only 80 Microsoft Points.

4J Studios cranks out so much new content for Minecraft: Xbox 360, it’s hard to keep up with it all. Already, their next update for the XBLA title is currently underway, making it the 7^th one since its debut.

4J Studios has heard your issues with the current version of Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition and will be releasing a new update soon to address bugs and other small issues that are bringing down an otherwise fantastic game.

This past weekend, Co-Optimus and hundreds of other organizations teamed together to generate roughly 2 million dollars to the Children’s Miracle Network through the 2012 Extra Life fundraiser. Though slightly different in the fundraising approach than us, the developers of Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition will join in this charity season through the new "Halloween Skin Pack" DLC, where all its proceeds will go directly to charity.

Microsoft has finished their final tests on Minecraft: Xbox 360’s newest DLC, the 1.8.2 Adventure Update, giving its owners huge, free DLC add-on’s that will extend their Minecraft playing experience exponentially; you’ll feel like you’re playing a whole new game!

Well, it’s official! 4J Studios has sent off their 1.8.2 Adventure Update DLC to Microsoft for certification. Within a few weeks, Xbox players will have their Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition experience change dramatically. Read on to see the full list of changes being implemented to the game.

The 1.8.2 Adventure Update DLC of the Xbox 360 version of Minecraft is pretty much complete and will be sent off to Microsoft for certification in about one to two weeks, as stated in a tweet from developer 4J Studios. The final stretch is here and it couldn’t come any sooner.

These Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition Skin Packs cannot be stopped (not that we'd want to)! Possibly one of the biggest XBLA titles ever to be released is constantly giving players more content to play around with. This time, more character skins will be coming to console players while we wait for a title update of real substance.

It was only a few short weeks ago the Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition gained its highly sought after 1.7.3 patch, giving us loads of new trinkets to play with, such as autosave options, piston mechanics, and shears. Unfortunately, this included a whole slew of new bugs to address. Luckily, Mojang and Microsoft have released a new patch to correct these minor problems and get Minecraft back on track.

We’ve been discussing the Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition “Skin Pack” DLC for a little while now, but up until now we’ve only been able to show off a handful of the skins now available to players.
