Review System(s): XBox 360, Playstation 3, PC, Nintendo DS

Welcome to a brand new edition of Beyond Co-Op Reviews. We've given the feature a bit of a facelift, and are going to continue to bring you great game reviews of games that don't necessarily have a co-op mode.

Explanation of Scores:
- Golden Billy - This is a must buy title. Truly excellent in almost everyway.
- Silver Billy - A solid title with a few flaws.
- Bronze Billy - An ok title. You might not want to pay full price for this game

Maybe we can have a comparative check year by year for current systems and see how the collective co-op titles progress from year to year...
Of course it did! Left 4 Dead was co-op game of the year, remember? I meant that I wished there were fewer lemons in the co-op category. I'm still thankful for large chunk of well-reviewed and high quality co-op titles that we've gotten this year.
I think you should reword the Golden Billy to "Must Play" and not "Must Buy."
In the specific case of Batman -- there has already been one free DLC pack, with another coming very soon. Replayability so far is very solid. You may have gotten your fill in two weeks, but there are four challenges in existence that you haven't even touched yet. So for the people who love the gameplay but don't like to play campaigns twice, the new DLC challenges are welcome and fresh enough to keep the game around the house longer.
I'm being a bugger and going to grab Batman off of Goozex when I can (or if I find it on sale)...too many new games that already have my limited *new games* budget (Borderlands, Dragons Age, L4D2, etc.)
Plus my backlog is far too long right now, and I'm finding less and less time to play.
