Steam Code Giveaway - Guardians of Orion and ORION: Prelude

ORION: Prelude was released back in 2012 to quite negative reviews. Over the years the developers continued to garner feedback and update the game, a process we documented in our Indie-Ana Co-Op with TREK Industries. Their next game, Guardians of Orion may be following a similar path. Since release it has transformed from a twin-stick shooter to a hybrid game where gamers can choose to play from any perspective. Both games are built around cooperative play.

A New Dauntless Trailer Has Emerged From PAX East

A blurry figure seems to emerge from Boston's ever-present snow flurries.  It looks haggard, as though the bitter cold has breached the confines of its very soul.  It stumbles toward you, and its outline begins to give way to detail.  It raises its head, and in its face, you slowly recognize the features of your OWN FATH- wait.  Never mind, it's just a new trailer for Dauntless.

After a Year and a Half of Early Access, Epsilon is Cancelled

Then in late 2015 the team announced a new take on the genre, a game called Epsilon that was released on Steam Early access.

Celebrate 20 Years of Diablo Across All of Blizzard's IPs

Hard to believe it was 20 years ago that I first descended into the depths of Hell in search of the Lord of Terror (and some quality loot). Diablo was released on December 31, 1996 and its arrival marked a new beginning for, and in some ways the actual definition of, the action-RPG genre. To celebrate the title's release, Blizzard is injecting a little of the world of Sanctuary into all of its games.

New hero and biome for Defenders, new items and event for Terraria

Someone Got Terraria in Dungeon Defenders II, and Vice Versa

I'm not sure if this is quite like the moment when someone mixed chocolate and peanut butter, but Re-Logic, the team behind Terraria, and Trendy Entertainment, creators of Dungeon Defenders II, have cross-pollinated their franchises. A Terraria themed hero, the Dryad, has been added to the Defenders roster, while a new Defenders-themed event has found its way into Terraria.
