If you picked up Painkiller: Resurrection on the PC last week with hopes of glorious cooperative stake gunning in your head, you may have been disappointed to find no menu option for co-op. Rest assured though, the game does have co-op support, it's just a little ridiculous as to how you have to start it.
"To play a coop game you have to start a dedicated server with the tool provided together with your game. Pull in the campaign maps from C9L01 to C9L06, choose FFA and start the game. You can also add / remove bots accompanying you there. We will add a more convenient ingame coop menu with the next update "
That's from a JoWood representative on the official message boards. Were you expecting a nice simple solution for co-op? Sorry, none to be found here. Thankfully JoWood confirms they are working on a "more convenient way of accessing co-op" in a future update.
Gee thanks.

A little known feature of Sacred 2: Fallen Angel on the PC is the ability to integrate with Dell's LightFX keyboard lighting system. The LightFX system backlit Dell's now defunct XPS laptop line with numerous colors, while the LightFX SDK allowed developers to control these based on what was happening in the game.
Now that Alienware is fully integrated into Dell, the latest Alienware M17x laptop from Dell also supports their LightFX system. The problem with Sacred 2, is the game doesn't appear to be working properly with the keyboard lighting system, and there doesn't seem to be a way to disable it in the game.

Ladies and gentlemen, the intertubes are clogged. They are completely filled with bullets and bosses from Gunstar Heroes. All the digital Drain-O in the world couldn't save it either, at least, on the PlayStation 3.
According to various reports around the web, including our own forums, the PlayStation 3 version of GunStar Heroes is suffering from severe lag and disconnects for the online co-op mode. At this point the game is completely unplayable on Sony's platform. We've contacted Sega for comment on the matter, but did not hear a response. We hope there's a patch in the works, but only time will tell.

Mysteriously disappearing content...what an appropriate glitch that has sprung up and caused psychological distress to LittleBigPlanet gamers that have purchased and installed the Metal Gear Solid -themed downloadable content made available last week...
It appears that Solid Snake has successfully infiltrated and bugged LittleBigPlanet; users at PS3Fanboy.com have reported that in combination with the latest title update, using the MGS packs somehow winds up deleting progress and user-created content.
According to this forum post, random things will go missing from one's save. For example, progress in the MGS4 level pack may disappear.
Fortunately, some PS3F commentators seem to have the solution...click "Read More" for the source link and quotes.

Most games these days have bugs, glitches or problems. So it should come as no surprise that a game as open and varied as Fable 2 has its fair share. There are two major bugs in the game which can impede your ability to even complete it, and there are two glitches which help you become more rich and powerful.
The first bug is during the Abbot's quest when visiting the Temple of Light in Oakvale. If during the quest speech you walk away from the Abbot, you'll be unable to actually achieve the quest and therefore unable to complete the main story line. The second bug occurs during local co-op play. If you join a game during the childhood phase and select an already existing save to base the henchman off of, your save will lose all XP and Gold. Ouch! Both bugs are known and Lionhead is working diligently to correctly both issues.
As for glitches, well there are two of these also. The first one is simple and obvious; and it will yield you a TON of gold. All that is required is that you invest in a few shops and properties. Save your game, go to your system preference and change your clock to something far in the future. Go back into the game and presto - mucho coinage. The second glitch involves co-op play, and will yield you infinite experience. During a local co-op game bring a henchman in without being assigned to a profile. Then go to the henchman's abilities and discard them all. Immediately have that player leave and all that experience gets transfered to the hero character.
