Anyone involved in some sort of daily or ongoing operations department knows that there is always a cost of operations to each and every task. A bit of "give and take". This month we apply that principle to Co-Op Couples.

Welcome back to our two-part Co-Op Couples editorial, Rocking Out! Find out what really irks this married shredder, and how to find the remedy. (No Jason Mraz jokes, we promise.)

We have yet another user-submitted Co-Op Couples article in the form of a great read from brainp0wa. Continue reading for the first fun chapter of a two-part Co-Op Couples series.

"Yes, dear..."
This week we're featuring another Co-Op Couples submission, this time from guest writer Ethan Kaye . Ethan helps us revisit Castle Crashers , Xbox Live's 2009 Live Arcade Game of the Year, as well as some other favorite co-op titles. Read on for a musing romp through the living room of a friendly new Co-Op Couple...

User roland was kind enough to prepare a guest submission for our Co-Op Couples column this time around. He tackles an age-old issue of finding the right game to play without wasting so much precious time and money. His solution: the co-op Demo Date Night!

Co-Op Couples can blossom anytime of the day, any week of the year, and any season of life. Sometimes the gamer in all of us is apparent from the start of a relationship; other times it comes crashing into a seasoned marriage without warning. This latest Co-Op Couples is for the amusement of the married among us...and the anticipation of those who aren't yet.

Being a couple is tough enough. Being a Co-Op Couple is near impossible. Thankfully, our latest feature reiterates the importance of being as selfless as possible, but without becoming an "Our Home Plays Co-Op" doormat.

There are many ways to describe Alexandria Neonakis: artist, Candaian, gamer, cutie...tasteful. You see, only someone with a true desire to please her man would fill her Valentines with images of a Left 4 Dead Boomer barfing.
The MTV Multiplayer blog has featured Alexandria's unique Valentines, and we have to admit: they're twistedly adorable. What a great way to celebrate the holiday.
You can view her website here, or hit the "Source" link for the MTV post.

Question: What's better than playing co-op games with your boyfriend or girlfriend?
Answer: Playing co-op games with your husband or wife!
Embedding your proposal in a violent shooter game seems to be a surefire way to get your favorite co-op companion to say, "yes"... It makes sense: what could be more romantic than your initials scrawled in a heart on a safe room wall in Left 4 Dead? Extra points if you place it next to "All infected must die!"
All sarcasm aside, we're happy for any couple that can make it through Dead Air on Advanced, must less A Lifetime Of Marriage on Expert. This article at Hawty McBloggy will make you smile as you read how AJ Smoothplayer modified Left 4 Dead PC and popped the question on his blog. Of course, she said, "yes". In fact, she said, "YES! - on 1/17 OMG I <3 YOU".
Now that our co-op couple has decided to tie the knot, we have to wonder how they're planning the wedding... Can you order flowers on Live Marketplace? Is Rob Zombie available for the reception?
Click the "Read More" link to see more co-op romance (yes, it is safe for work...sheesh)...

Perhaps there's something more to co-op other than just games. Perhaps games help facilitate cooperative aspects in life. Sometimes you have to give before you can take, and as sappy as that may sound, that's what our latest Co-Op Couples feature is about.
Uno is a game that two players can enjoy in a different kind of co-op. It's a gateway to your zombie world and path to your chainsaw gun.
