While many of us have been waiting a very long time for a true next generation installment of the Star Wars Battlefront series, some of us will have to wait just a little bit longer than others. Recently, Electronic Arts confirmed that the new Battlefront title will be playable first on Xbox One due to the EA Access program.
Last night, I had the pleasure of attending a screening for Dice's big reveal of Battlefield 4 at the Metreon in San Francisco. Upon arrival, everything was pretty hush hush until we were actually seated in a theater. We were told that the trailer we were to see would be pure gameplay. Pure single-player gameplay.
It may not be as epic as the winter or summer sales, but this week's list of Steam deals isn't too shabby. Six games are on sale for 66-75% off, including three games that support co-op play. Topping the list is Krater, the post-apocalyptic role playing game that supports online and LAN co-op for two players. Capsized and Section 8: Prejudice also feature co-op modes, the former supporting two player local games and the latter online and LAN for up to four players.

Section 8: Prejudice is on sale this week for your computer, the deal comes shortly after the game was finally released on the PlayStation Network. There's actually two places to get a deal on the game, Direct 2 Drive and Games for Windows Marketplace.

What an awesome weekend! The whiny Goth couple finally got eliminated from the Amazing Race! I know they were annoying, but I don't really think their departure warranted a celebration at the White House. Man, some people must have really hated that couple. Celebrate by picking up one of these great games.
