New kits and guns, but no more patches

Bioware Lays Out Plans for Co-Op Content in Mass Effect: Andromeda

Things are a little rough out there for some shooter games that aren't PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds. While the entire game itself struggled with issues since its launch, ultimately leading to an announcement that there would be no further single-player content or updates, the one shining point to Mass Effect: Andromeda was its co-op mode. Sadly, it seems that despite what was stated in that previous post, that, too, is coming to an end.

Celebrate 25 Years of Kirby With a Game Sale

Hard as it may be to believe for some of us, but the very first Kirby game (Kirby's Dream Land for the Gameboy) was release in North America 25 years ago yesterday. New Platinum Difficulty Added to Mass Effect: Andromeda Co-Op Mode

The latest update to Bioware's Mass Effect: Andromeda includes a number of fixes and tweaks to people's faces, which tended to go... awry, but more importantly (for us) it also added a new difficulty mode for the co-op mode. Along with that, a familiar alien race should be making its appearance in the mode's newest APEX right about now.

Pokémon Go to Add Co-Op Raid Battles This Summer

Because I'm apparently a grumpy luddite who hates all things new, charming, and fun, I never got into the Pokémon Go craze last year. Since I'm pretty sure I'm the only one on the face of the planet for whom that's true, then the news that Pokémon Go is adding a cooperative mode this summer will likely be of interest to you.

Three players...is not enough.

Mass Effect: Andromeda - Co-Op Missions Video Recap and Impressions

Mass Effect: Andromeda has built on the co-op mode of its predecessor, giving it a slightly different feel than Mass Effect 3, but retaining a lot of what made that mode a ton of fun. Combined with the new cover and movement system the action oriented nature of Andromeda's four player co-op mode is a solid, if often frustrating, shooter.
