One of our personal co-op favorites, Borderlands, has gained new life in its multiplayer options! Gearbox recently restored the game's multiplayer capabilities on PS3, which had been shutdown since early last year!
The second of the small, but satisfying Headhunter packs will be here soon, according to Gearbox. Just like for Halloween, Pandora will also have its own rendition of Thanksgiving via the latest Borderlands 2 DLC, “Horrible Hunger of the Ravenous Wattle Gobbler”.
Gearbox and Borderlands 2 simply won’t stop providing gamers content, and we aren’t complaining about it one bit. Yet another level cap bump along with a ton more content will be arriving beginning this fall for anyone wanting to continue their Vault Hunting escapades.
It is only one day until any Borderlands 2 player willing to drop $9.99/800MSPs will get to meet the new Psycho character, Krieg. He is lean, mean and ultra-keen to cleave you in two. This new video highlights some of the skills that Krieg brings to the band of Vault Hunters - they mostly consist of the ability to run straight at the enemy and take a Bullymong of damage.
The next, and most likely final, pieces of Borderlands 2 DLC have been announced, dated, and priced. The sixth playable character is named Krieg the Psycho Bandit. Krieg wil be released on May 14 for $9.99. Unfortunately for those of you who own the Borderlands 2 Season Pass, Krieg will not be offered for free. Just like Gaige the Mechromancer before him, Krieg will have to be purchased as a stand alone character in the "Psycho Pack" DLC.
There’s no doubt that most of us can share in the disappointment that is Aliens: Colonial Marines. However, Gearbox IS trying to correct their mistakes by fixing the errors that have been plaguing all versions of the game since launch. A recent update to the console versions may give players a reason to give the game a second chance.

There is a bit of a problem regarding save data for Aliens: Colonial Marines. The problem in question is a nasty bug that is completely wiping out save files for the Xbox 360 version of the game. Sega recognizes that a "small number of users" are experiencing the bug, which is wiping out their save data and resetting their progress.
There is no doubt about it: the Borderlands 2 community wants a level cap increase, and they want it now. Unfortunately for them, this will most likely not be included in any future Borderlands 2 updates and for very good reasons.
Initially, Borderlands 2 may have had a chance on the Wii U, but Gearbox decided against it in the end. Why? In short, the Wii U’s hardware was the deciding factor.
