For some, Kane & Lynch was a so-so third-person shooter that was only made better as a result of the co-op, even if that rewarding co-op experience was hampered by a lack of online co-op. IO Interactive has announced the official release date for Kane and Lynch 2: Dog Day on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC. Set for the US on August 24th, and the rest of the world on August 27th, Kane and Lynch 2 brings thrusts players into the underworld of Shanghai in two player co-op.
