Ms. Splosion Man, Streets of Rage 2 50% Off

The winter sales are starting to heat up.  This week you can pick up Ms. Splosion Man and Streets of Rage 2 for 50% off through the Xbox Live Marketplace.  Ms. Splosion Man will cost you 400 MSP, or $5, and Streets of Rage 2 is going for 200 MSP, or $2.50.  Both are great games that any co-op gamer will enjoy. Game studio acquisitions aren't always good news for gamers, especially when the studio in question is has enough momentum to stay afloat on its own. New parent companies can get in the way of quality product development. It's a fair reason for gamers to be gun-shy about acquisition news. Thankfully, Twisted Pixel has never led us to believe they would rather sell out than make great games.

Ms. Splosion Man Soundtrack Available for FREE Download

Good news for all of the big Ms. Splosion Man fans out there.  Right now you can download the game's silly soundtrack for the low-low-low price of el-zilcho.  Simply head over to the Ms. Splosion Man site, click on the "Downloads" tab, and there it is.  You'll be able to hear classics such as the "Ms. Splosion Man Theme," "Future City Party Time," "Factory Whale Slushee," and my personal favorite, "Ur The Best."  It takes about five minutes to download, and then you can enjoy the soothing sounds of Ms. Splosion Man wherever you go.  We even threw in the launch trailer at the end of this post so you could get a taste of the audio Eden that's about to assault your ear holes.

Ms. Splosion Man Co-Op Review

Never in my life did I ever think I’d hear three grown men complain about wanting a pair of shoes more than I heard during a co-op session of Ms. Splosion Man. The game takes the tried and true formula from the first Splosion Man title, adds a ton of polish to itself, and gives it a unique twist.
