Though it's been a year since it's somewhat rocky release, Black Forest Games hasn't given up on their run-n-gun roguelite, Rogue Stormers. A recent update, "The Rise of Hindenbork," has not only added new content, but also made some slight tweaks to the way experience works when playing with a friend locally.

Finally out of Early Access, Rogue Stormers - formerly Dieselstormers, is here. It's a game we saw not only switch names, but switch genres. Now a more focused action, platformer, rogue-like game - it features four player online co-op play through various random levels as you avoid the goop and destroy the orks.
Black Forest Games announced today that Rogue Stormers, its rogue-like action platformer title, will now be released on April 21 instead of the original date of March 24. If you own the game on Steam already via Early Access, you'll have a chance to check out an "almost-final" build of the game for a few days next weekend.
Rogue Stormers, the title that once upon a time was known as "Dieselstormers," will leave Early Access next Thursday. In anticipation of its full release, the developers have released a little teaser that walks us through a sort of "what if" of all the games they could have made.
Rogue Stormers, the cooperative run n' gun platformer with rogue-like and light RPG elements that was formerly called "DieselStormers," finally has a release date. On March 24, you'll be able to team up with friends to battle your way through procedurally generated levels and huge bosses, collecting powerups and upgrades along the way.
