Lo Wang's got the touch... maybe the powaaaaaah?

Stan Bush Lends His Talents to Shadow Warrior 2 Soundtrack

We're about two weeks away from Lo Wang's return in Shadow Warrior 2, and if you're in need of a little musical hype, then Devolver Digital, Flying Wild Hog, and rock legend Stan Bush have got you covered. You can pick up a special edition of the forthcoming title that not only includes the game, but a four track vinyl with Bush's vocals lovingly pressed into its grooves.

A contract killer, an Irishman, a made man, and a weasal walk into a jail...

Get to Know the Wise Guys of Black Ops 2's Mob of the Dead

The second map pack for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, titled "Uprising," was released a couple weeks back on the Xbox 360. This $15 pack included with it a new co-op mode, Mob of the Dead, that kept with the Black Ops zombie theme we've previously seen, but with an Italian twist this time around. Set in the 1920s on the well-known prison island of Alcatraz, players step into the role of one of four gangsters (each voiced by a famous celebrity) and try to fight their way out. Nasty traps, gnarly weapons, and plenty of barbed wire covered undead inmates lie in wait for you and your friends.

Double Dragon: Neon's Online Co-Op Coming Post-Launch. Will a Free Soundtrack Tide You over?

Double Dragon: Neon, the eighties-themed reimagining of the Double Dragon franchise is now available on both Xbox Live Arcade and Playstation Network. That's good! But publisher Majesco has revealed a bit of bad news at the last minute: the game only supports 2-player local co-op at launch. Don't worry, though - online co-op is "coming soon" in a post-release update. It's your basic Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light situation. Majesco probably should've announced the online co-op delay a little earlier so as not to mar news of the game's launch, but what's done is done.

PSN's Fastest-Selling Game is Journey

Journey has been out for half a month. We gave it the very highest score possible: a 5 out of 5 co-op score with a 5 out of 5 overall score. We didn't say much about the game, so as not to spoil it, but we told you guys it was a truly beautiful game in respect to story, visuals, and music. Well, it seems that the world agrees. Journey has become the fastest-selling game released on the PSN.

Fusion: Genesis Soundtrack Available for Free

We've only briefly seen anything on Fusion: Genesis, a twin stick shooter that blends in MMO elements from upstart studio Starfire.  The game's soundtrack was created by ex-Rare employee Steve Burke, who has soundtrack credits that include Kameo, Viva Pinata, and even the music you hear on your Xbox 360 dashboard.  Apparently Fusion: Genesis is nearing release and Steve was kind enough to release the game's  one hour and twenty-two minute sountrack for free.

Halo Anniversary Getting Its Own Remastered Soundtrack

One thing every Halo game has had besides kick ass co-op play, is an equally satisfying soundtrack.  The Halo theme might be famous, but the entire score for every title stands out on its own as a great pieces of music.  The scores created by Martin O'Donnell and Michael Salvatori are truly some of my favorite all time game music.
