Ghost Recon: Future Soldier is only a few weeks away, so it might be time to clear out your backlog of Ghost Recon and other Tom Clancy games. At least, that's what Microsoft thinks, hence the Tom Clancy DLC sale on Xbox Live. Downloadable content for both GRAWs, Splinter Cell Conviction (my favorite Clancy game), and even the high-flying HAWX games are all on sale for half off for Xbox Live Gold members until Tuesday.

If you recall - all the way from way, way back last week - we reported on the announcement that the original Splinter Cell trilogy, including the co-op title Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory, would be released on Blu-Ray next month. I'll admit that I was slightly dismayed that it appeared to be exclusive to a console that I didn't own - the PlayStation 3.

The original Splinter Cell trilogy is getting re-packaged on Blu-Ray and shipped this March, along with a similar offering for the last-gen Prince of Persia trilogy (starting with Sands of Time). Included in the Splinter Cell Classic Trilogy will be Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory, the first in the series to feature co-op.
