We’re only a week into Defiance’s release and there’s lots of talk about fixes that need to be addressed. The Trion World’s Twitter account seems to be where most of the public is voicing their concerns, abuzz with server concerns and lag issues. Rest assured Defiance players: Trion Worlds is taking note and is hard at work to buff out the rough edges of the game.

It seems as though the gaming industry is truly digging the Call of Duty Elite and Diablo 3 Character Profile style of online stat tracking features, taking notice of how the modern world is truly and frequently on the move. Following in Activision’s footsteps, Capcom has recently announced that their upcoming title, Resident Evil 6, will offer its own version of a free, online, stat-tracking service for all players.

Pop in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and receive a Double XP Weekend, minus the “end” part. If there was any time to level up your character like no other, it is now.

Within 24 hours, Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition has broken the XBLA record for the most sales upon release, claiming the hill over RedLynx’s enormously addictive title, Trials Evolution. Although this is quite an accomplishment for any developer, others feel that the game’s success was propelled by Microsoft favoritism.

It's been more than two years since a new MechWarrior game was announced.  Now it seems details are about to resurface for the Piranha games developed reboot of the classic PC series.  Over the past few days a new twitter account has gone live; the Inner Sphere News is currently tweeting "encoded" pieces of a larger image of a some form of Mech.

Originally announced at E3 2010 as an episodic downloadable title, Rayman: Origins fell out of the limelight for a long time. After rumors floated around earlier this month the game has finally resurfaced as a full retail outing for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Wii. As of yesterday it's also available for pre-order, with Amazon specifying a November 15th release date.

The PC version of Fable 3 was originally supposed to launch alongside the 360 version - but was subsequently delayed.  We were given a time frame of soon, that is, soon relative to the 360 release - but we're pretty sure the statute of limitations on that one have passed.  Especially consider the 360 version is getting its first bit of DLC next week.

As no doubt hundreds of adoring fans are finding out at the E3 Halo: Reach event tonight, Halo 3: ODST's popular Firefight co-op survival mode is being confirmed for final Bungie chapter, due this September. Larry "Major Nelson" Hryb and the Halo Waypoint have both broadcast via Twitter that Firefight 2.0 will be a featured mode.

Good news for fans of Splinter Cell Conviction, community manager Li Kuo has stated that some "killer DLC is almost done" and that the game's co-op mode is a huge hit.  Could this means that new cooperative modes are in the making for the game?  Perhaps it'll add in the previously rumored 4 player co-op modes.  Hopefully we'll know more soon.

When we brought you the new Gears of War 3 trailer first thing this morning, we didn't have any solid co-op details yet. Tipster Rafoca linked us to a rumor that teased four-player co-op in the campaign, and now we have confirmation:
