Happy Dungeons Is About To Get A New Story Chapter

Who knew flowers could be so aggressive?

Ah, Happy Dungeons.  You're free.  You're a dungeon crawler.  You've been pumping out content at a regular clip since 2016.  Most importantly, you have online and local co-op for up to four players.  What's not to love?

Despite the protagonists' constantly cheery disposition, it feels like things keep getting harder for them.  They just survived an encounter with the Chaos Commanders, and starting May 25th, they'll have to take on yet another group who've managed to grab hold of the Chaos Power - the Knights of the White Lily.  I don't think I'd be able to sustain that level of joy in the face of a seemingly endless obstacles, but hey, I guess doing what you love counts for something.

Happy Dungeons has been plodding away on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 for a couple years now, and even though it's not necessarily making headlines every day, it has a nice contingent of fans who are (from what I can tell) reasonably pleased with the state of things.  For a free game from a relatively small developer, what more can you ask for?
